Property Management Company in West Philadelphia seeking an experienced administrative support, receptionist and individual
contributor. Must have excellent organizational skills with the attention to accuracy and detail.
Must have excellent people skills. Professional attitude in speaking with residents and others coming into the office.
Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment and show the initiative in getting things done.
Must work well independently and with others.
Must be able to take and incorporate direction from management and take responsibility for your area.
Experience in office procedures and use of office equipment.
Duties include but not limited; Reconcile rent payments daily, review applications before acceptance, assist with rental questions, processing incoming & outgoing mail, maintain file room, kitchen supplies, office supplies, copiers, and postage machine.
Under the direct supervision of the Principal Owner and the Director of Operations is the administrative support for the day to day operations of the office. The administrator must be able to respond and assist to the everyday request from the office staff.
Knowledge of Yardi, Excel, Microsoft Word a plus.
